Thanksgiving Fun!

Hello Families!

Here's our fun catch up of our fun Thanksgiving activities! We read one of my favorite books, Turkey Trouble. It's a great story about a turkey who tries to disguise himself as different animals to avoid being eaten. Everyone was able to practice their animal identification on their communication devices and turn taking. After reading we did a fun emergent reader activity and coloring page as connecting activities.

We made a classroom "Thankful Turkey".  Each student made their own feather and pasted on the different things they are thankful for. They did a great job cutting and attending while working.

After making their feather each student went up to the board to hang their feather for display! They really enjoyed each part of the activity.

Have a great weekend!
Miss Feeley
