Halloween Fun Part 2!
Hello Families!! We celebrated Halloween with lots of fun hands on activities together! We had so many cute costumes on Friday! Many of our friends were excited to crave our own jack-o-lantern together on our BIG pumpkin. We all took turns scooping out the pulp and carving the different shapes. Miss McAfee our speech pathologist joined us too and worked on creating sentences and core word concepts. We got the best reactions from exploring the pulp yet again!! Some silly faces exploring the pulp!! Having some fun carving, everyone was very focused! Our finished product!! On Halloween we played one of our favorite songs "What's in the Pumpkin" and acted out the song while the artist sang. The kids practiced opening the top of the pumpkin and then took out the object he sang about. They were so engaged and practice waiting and taking turns.
