On the Farm and Valentine's Fun!
Hello Families! Our friend Mikey turned 6 in February, happy birthday Mikey!! Now time to catch up on all the wonderful things that have been happening in our classroom! We read the story, On the Farm. The kids LOVED being able to read about farm animals and had so much fun identifying them on their devices and playing the sound associated with each animal. We practiced animal sorting, counting, comprehension and yes/no questions. . We also celebrated Valentine's Day together with some fun activities! We read two adapted books that we had pictures to identify and put on each page. We did a fun 5-frame counting activity with hearts and a fun craft with tissue paper making a heart.
