Hello Families and Friends!! Get ready! Here comes a long update to catch up on the last few weeks and the fun activities we participated in.  Here are some great shots of some of our students performing at the Spring Concert. Everyone did a great job!                   We took a field trip to McCabe Elementary School to participate in Bocce Bonanza! Each student was matched with a 5th grade partner to go through each station with. Everyone did a great job participating in all the different stations and activities!                       We also completed a project last week to celebrate LaPerche's 50th Anniversary! Each of the students used their communication devices to ask teachers how long they've been teaching at LaPerche. April 4, 2019 Hello Families and Friends! Last week we finished our unit on frogs & butterflies by learning about the frog life cycle. We completed a vocabulary page, made a life cycle wheel, sorted by stages of the life cycle, completed an adapted book and did a comprehension check-in! All of the students have been busy learning!             We read the Scholastic News article Up, Up, Up!  and learned about different objects that go up when there's wind like kites, seeds, hats and umbrellas! We were able to incorporate the past core word "up" while working. Students participated with switches, communication devices, static boards and pictures.             Reminders and Important Dates!
